dependant

Under the legislation, unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter —

dependant means a person who —

1. at the time of the death of a worker was wholly, mainly or partly dependent on the earnings of the worker or
2. would but for the incapacity of a worker due to the injury have been wholly, mainly or partly dependent on the earnings of the worker
