6.2.8.6 Multiple injuries
Worker not entitled to receive more than one statutory maximum
Although a worker may suffer on the same occasion more than one injury mentioned in the Table, the worker is not entitled to receive in total, more than the statutory maximum payable as at the date of injury.
Statutory maximum
The statutory maximum varies based on injury year. For example the statutory maximum as at 1 July 1997 was $104,990.
