The current maximum dependency lump sum amount is $759,510. The below tables show the amount distributed based on the number and type of dependant.
Note: References to domestic partners, children and orphan child assume they are dependent on the earnings of a worker who died and that a dependency claim was lodged on or after 5 April 2010.
