3.6.2 When a Centrelink Clearance is received

When a Clearance or a written release from repayment is received from Centrelink:

• the Agent must pay the full rate of weekly payments or the full amount of the pecuniary loss A loss of earning capacity settlement A lump sum payment that replaces an injured worker's right to ongoing weekly compensation. to the worker immediately and no later than within 2 days of receiving clearance
• record the Centrelink release or clearance.
