On 5 March 2007, a WorkSafe inspector was conducting inspections at various premises in Williamstown Road, as part of the Safe Suburbs Project.
At approximately 10:30am, the inspector sought entry to conduct an inspection at ‘Executive Golf’. The inspector met two people before Graeme Hardy appeared.
Graeme Hardy is and was at all relevant times the sole director and secretary of Executive Golf Pty Ltd.
The inspector was told to get out several times and to make an appointment by Graeme Hardy.
The verbal abuse, including obscenities, was estimated to have lasted 3-4 minutes.
