1. Agile Zen Pty Ltd must comply with the requirements of Part 4.4 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017.
2. Pursuant to regulation 473(3)(f) the Class B specific asbestos removal licence granted to Agile Zen Pty Ltd is limited to the removal of non-friable asbestos cement telecommunication pits and pipes ONLY.
3. Pursuant to regulation 298(7) the Authority varies the notification requirement under regulation 298(1) for Agile Zen Pty Ltd to allow for a single weekly notification for all asbestos removal work proposed to commence in the following seven (7) days.
