Hospital service

hospital service includes —

1. maintenance, attendance and treatment in any hospital within the meaning of the Health Services Act 1988 and
2. the provision by any hospital of —
   1. medical attendance and treatment and
   2. nursing attendance and
   3. medicines, medical, surgical and other curative materials, appliances or apparatus and
   4. any other usual or necessary services provided by a hospital with respect to the treatment of the injury or disease of the worker
