Hospital

hospital means —

1. a public hospital, denominational hospital, private hospital or public health service within the meaning of the Health Services Act 1988 or
2. a day procedure centre within the meaning of the Health Services Act 1988 or
3. an approved mental health service within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1986 or
4. a hospital within the meaning of a law of another State or of a Territory or
5. a place within Australia declared by Order of the Governor in Council to be a hospital for the purposes of this Act or
6. a place outside Australia approved by the Authority as a hospital for the purposes of this Act
