Supported accommodation

supported accommodation means —

1. a residential facility in which residential care is provided under the Aged Care Act 1997 of the Commonwealth
2. a supported residential service within the meaning of the Supported Residential Services Private Proprietors) Act 2010
3. a group home within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Disability Act 2006
4. a group home or other residential facility approved by the Authority for the purposes of this section.
