4.5.28.1 Community nursing services
WorkSafe can pay the reasonable costs of community nursing services when required as a result of a work-related An injury/disease is work related if it arose out of or in the course of employment and the scope of employment. injury or illness.

At the Agent’s discretion, a periodic review of a worker’s entitlement to Community Nursing Services is recommended to ensure treatment and services remain reasonable for the work-related injury or illness and is payable under the Legislation.
