This table is a summary of the different rates relating to weekly payments.

Note: For claims received from 1 November 2010, if a worker continues to receive NPB Non-pecuniary Benefit after injury NPB are deducted from their pre-injury average weekly earnings PIAWE (PIAWE).

Entitlement date - this means the date the entitlement to weekly payments commences.
