7.6.3 Pay medical panel accounts
Agents are not responsible for paying Medical Panel Under the legislation, unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter — Medical Panel means a Medical Panel constituted under Division 2 of Part 12 accounts.
Medical Panel accounts can include any of the following:
- fees for panellists and consultants to the Medical Panel
- specific medical tests or reports requested by the Medical Panel
- interpreting services.
