4.5.37.1 Inpatient rehabilitation

A rehabilitation patient is a worker who, subject to the approval of their Agent, is admitted for the purpose of undertaking a specific rehabilitation treatment program.

This section must be read in conjunction with the following:

• policy for Private Hospitals
• the Guidelines for Private Hospital Based Rehabilitation Services published by the DoHA for the private rehabilitation industry.
