1.4 Agent operating principles
The Agent Operating Principles outline the principles by which Agents must provide claims management services on behalf of WorkSafe.
Agents must adhere to legislative requirements and directives outlined in the Agent Operating Principles.
The Claims Manual reflects the Agent Operating Principles.
If there is an inconsistency between the Agent Operating Principles and the:
- applicable legislation, the legislation will prevail
- Agency Agreement, the Agency Agreement will prevail
- Claims Manual, the Claims Manual will prevail.
