At WorkSafe, we are committed to keeping all workplaces healthy and safe. We take all feedback very seriously and encourage you to raise your concerns through this online form. Once this form has been submitted, a WorkSafe representative will be in contact to discuss your complaint further. You can also contact WorkSafe by calling our Advisory service on 1800 136 089 (7.30am-6.30pm Mon - Fri).

We also aim to deliver a high level of care and treatment when workers are injured while providing service and support when needed most. If you feel we haven't met your expectations, we want to know so we can continue to improve.
